You'll need: a clean, dry microfibre cloth, a pencil, a level and the applicator tool (included). Installing is much easier with two people.
1. Prepare your Wonder Arch
Take your arch out of the packaging and lay it flat on a clean surface for a few hours so it doesn't curl. Keep the backing film on.
2. Prepare your wall
Wipe the wall with a clean, dry microfibre cloth to remove any dust or debris. Then use a pencil and level to lightly mark where you'd like the bottom of your arch to sit.
3. Stick your Wonder Arch
Using the tab, peel back about 10 cm of the backing film. Line the arch up with your marks and press the sticky side onto the wall. Once it's in place, slowly peel away the rest of the film, pressing the arch down as you go.
4. Smooth it out
Use the applicator tool to smooth the arch from the centre outwards so it sits firmly and evenly. Push any air bubbles gently towards the nearest edge.
5. Time for some fun!
Add your magnets, chalk and accessories, and let the fun begin.
A few helpful tips:
- Keep your backing film and packaging in case you want to move or store your arch later.
- Avoid moving your arch more than 2–3 times, as this can weaken the adhesive.
- Keep dust, dirt and grease away from the sticky side.
- Best on interior gyprock walls, smooth doors and glass. Not suitable for textured or porous surfaces like painted render, brick or concrete, or old, flaky or peeling paint.
- Newly painted walls should be properly primed. Wait at least 30 days after painting before applying.
- Don't use detergents, chemicals or cleaning products on your arch or wall.
